Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can send it back for a product replacement or for a full refund. As a company that aims to provide only quality products and services, we do not want you to receive any product from us that neither meets nor exceeds your expectations.

There are only a few conditions that we advise you to keep in mind when making a claim for refunds or returns. For instance, our Warranty does not cover damage resulting from any or a combination of the following:

  • Transport or shipping issues with the product;
  • Theft of the product;
  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Any act, omission, negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, or fault of any person other than Southern California Skate;
  • Use of the product for any purpose other than for what it is intended or in a manner that breaches any domestic or international law or agreements; and
  • Unauthorized alterations to, repairs to, or disassembly of the product.

Any product intended for returns or refunds must be in new condition and not worn. All products are inspected upon return, and Southern California Skate will not replace or repair a product for which the customer has been refunded the purchase price. We also do not refund shipping and handling charges.
